so there's a class action lawsuit against credit score giant Trans Union.  if you had any sort of credit be it a loan or credit card or whatever between 78 and now you are eligible for a settlement.  go to http://www.listclassaction.com/ and register there.  doesn't take long. most important though, it is the last day to reigster.
