Brendan McCarthy

so Brendan McCarthy a really awesome and bizarre comic artist had aparently worked up some concept art for a 2001 TMNT movie. his art is so perfect because it really recalls the old versions of the characters pre action figure days, and gives it this Ridley Scott/Jodorowsky western vibe.

for anyone not familiar with McCarthy check out his official fansite or just google image search his name. he had a DC Solo issue that was totally bizarre and yet made much more sense than the bulk of the comics currently being released from DC at the time.
